I ordered pillows from Fluffco beginning of January. They charged my card nearly $200 on 1/11/25. I've never received my order, and they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and on Monday I will file a complaint with the attorney general's office.

return parcel arrived on 29 jul 2023, but after half month, still waiting for REFUND, no one REPLY email, sent many times and called AT hotline and they said not their business but asked to call Germany hotline with my expenses. cant believe such a big company but POOR service. will not purchase again but rather pay a bit higher to purchase from Amazon etc. PLEASE REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!

In the last 3 months we have had a problem with a pillow. We got in contact with the customer service, and they are trying all they can to not help. Every time we talk with Tempur Sealy in Spain they say they will be back soon with an answer. I'm am 100% sure that this is the way they work to try to avoid helping customers. By the way the pillow is still under guarantee. It has just been used for 1 year and 4 months. So if you want customer service buy another brand

After reading the reviews here I can't lie, I was a little worried. However I can't say I've had any of the problems that other people have had. I received an email as it said I would and gave me a deliver address about a week before it was due. It said I would get an email the day before to confirm a 3 hour delivery window but I actually got a call the day before to confirm the delivery aswell. I hadn't received my email so I called on the morning and a lovely lady called Emma confirmed the driver was out twice so I would get the message after he loaded up for a second time which I did. He arrived in the delivery window with no problems. The bed is as described and good value for money for a small double divan with 2 draws, mattress and headboard. I couldn't ask for much more. Thank you sleep factory!

we ordered three as gifts on the 1st of December for Christmas. One recipient wanted to exchange it. Hug Sleep would not work with us on exchange because it was over 30 days. A exception on exchange really needs to be made at Christmas time for a longer exchange period.

Excellent! This pillow has completely changed my nights. I didn't think a pillow could make such a difference. I recommend it 100%.

I can't at this time tell you how the mattress is overall, as I have not slept on it enough to get a good feel yet. On the other hand, the order process was good, as they want you to buy. After the purchase was a complete different story. The bed was delivered to a different shipping/set up company from Isence. They must have over booked the first shipment and could not deliver that day. The next delivery day, it snowed a little and they said it was too bad for their drivers, blah, blah, blah. The third delivery actually yielded a mattress. The people were professional and did a nice job on set up and clean up. All totaled, I was out 2 vacation days for me and 1 for my wife to make this happen to the tune of $1300.00. When calling the logistics company and Isence customer reps, I got the standard I'm sorry, blah, blah, blah. They finally gave me a WOPPING $200.00 for my inconvenience. SOOOO Generous! More to come on the mattress itself. Stay tuned.

Bought a set of pillows from them. Worst pillows ever. Advertised as firm but hard as rock. They won't take it back saying no return policy on their item. They're going straight to trash. What a waste of my money! Save yourself a trouble and do no buy from them.
