If you’re new to Three or an existing customer, you can benefit from our up to 20% Connect Together discount and get a great deal on mobile plans, SIM Only plans, and more for your family. All you need is a qualifying plan with Three and then to add one or more additional plans to the same account via our website, one of our retail stores, or by speaking to one of our customer care team.
For existing customers, please make sure you log in to your account to start saving with our Connect Together discount.
Discounts are only applicable to additional plans that you add after your first one – your first plan will not receive a discount.
The Connect Together discount is available on purchases made through Three directly, it is not available through our partners or affiliates. However, if you have purchased a plan through one of our partners or affiliates, that plan can be used as your qualifying plan. This will allow you to purchase an additional plan directly from Three that will be eligible for the Connect Together discount.
The Connect Together discount is applied to your account automatically when you add a new plan. You don’t need to do anything.
You have a qualifying plan if you’ve purchased a SIM Only plan, a phone, tablet or laptop Airtime plan, data SIM plan, a home broadband plan, a mobile broadband plan for MiFis and dongles.
Customers who have a qualifying plan can purchase up to 6 of the following additional plans for themselves or their family and receive an up to 20% Connect Together discount:
Your Connect Together discounts will continue for as long as you have an eligible qualifying plan. If you cancel your qualifying plan, the Connect Together discount will be removed from your other plan with Three.
Good news, you can benefit from the up to 20% Connect Together discount for up to 6 additional plans for your family. You can still add more than 6 additional plans, but they will not benefit from the Connect Together discount.
Sorry but our Connect Together discount cannot be used in conjunction with any offer.
There may be times when you are presented with the Connect Together discount when other discounts are also available. We will automatically apply the offer that provides you with the biggest saving over the duration of your contract.
If you purchase a device using a finance agreement (also known as a device loan), this agreement will not benefit from a Connect Together discount.
Please note that the Connect Together discount only applies to the cost of your monthly airtime plan or broadband plan and you won’t get a discount for other charges such as calls, texts, and data usage outside your allowances, add-ons, and premium rate charges.
The Connect Together discount on the additional plan/s is not compatible with any other discounts on the same plan (including promotions, students plans, and Friends & Family).
The Connect Together discount doesn’t apply to Pay As You Go customers or the purchase of any other product (e.g. a smartwatch).
The Connect Together discount is applied to the monthly charge for the additional plan/s only and not applied to any other charges incurred in connection with your additional plan.
