Our firm has emphasized its commitment to ability inclusion by adding it as a global diversity strand in 2021 and is committed to taking the following actions:
- Including disability as a diversity strand in our diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and firm communications
- Signing global and regional initiatives and charters that prioritize support of people with different abilities and raise awareness within our own community
- Drive increased engagement in GAIN, our global network for individuals with disabilities, caregivers and allies
- Establish and improve on the self-identification of our colleagues with different abilities regionally
- Establish a cross-function working group to advance and embed disability inclusive practices and innovations at the firm
- Promote disability inclusion in our communities through our wider responsible business efforts
- Report on our efforts
