Shipping policy
We use a fulfillment company named 'Shipwire' to handle the physical shipment of your order. When you check out, we provide you with the option to choose from several major mailing services (UPS, FedEX, USPS, etc) at various delivery timetables (Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight, etc). After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us and we will immediately begin processing your order. Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours, except during holidays and times of high demand (bear with us, we are small and sometimes get overloaded). Once your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email from us including a tracking number if applicable.
