• Pe'z takes to the stage with their mix of ska, and jazz, dubstep craziness.For the ones who didn't know who Pe'z were before arriving to a gig, they were in for a right treat. No singing here. Just smooth instrumentals.

  They bust out with a high paced jazz tune to get the crowd on their feet and get the blood pumping. The keyboardist is insane! Playing so fast and crazy that with some distortion, one could confuse the rapid machine gun pulses for a shredding guitar solo. As the song changes, so does the mood. Bringing the crowd down, as if to create intimacy before unexpectantly being slammed in the eardrums by a melody of sheer chaotic jazz tunes.

  This, is what Pe'z is all about. Taking the conventional forms of music, shattering them, and then putting the pieces back together as they see fit. On stage, you would almost think they didn't know anyone else is around. Thats how into their craft they are. This is how serious (yet fun) they take themselves as musicians.

  The show that I attended was a ska show. With an audience worthy of the music they play. People slamming into each other and sweat dripping as a pit at the center of the crowd rages on.
