  I saw Camille live about 10 years ago and I've always said she is one of the best performers I'd seen, so lively and creative, and commanding the stage like it was her natural habitat. I wondered if she might have lost a little of her youthful inventiveness and energy in the intervening years. Not at all, she's just got better! Her voice is even stronger, now, and her energy and presence on stage is off the scale. Her new music is as fresh as ever and the new arrangements of old songs are perfect. Everything about her show has been refined. Simply, this is the best stage show I've ever seen.

  I'm struggling to find a way to describe just how good a live performance this was. The word "master" keeps coming to me. She is such a master of her craft - the compositions, the visual feast, the arrangements, the humor, the raw musical talent of Camille and the whole band, the energy that was being generated, ...

  One thing that particularly impressed me was the programming of the whole show, how it evolved and progressed. From start to finish of this long show my attention never wavered, it was interesting, captivating, uplifting and beautiful at every moment. Camille is magical.

• French singer/songwriter Camille Dalmais is a force to be reckoned with onstage and has crafted both a career and reputation for herself on the back of an impressive vocal. Now signed to Virgin and EMI, the songstress first appeared in the early 2000s with an authentic and live sounding quality to her voice, it was no surprise that she had learnt her craft on the touring circuit playing countless shows with various different musicians.

  Now with commercial success and a solid discography in her arsenal, she no longer simply performs onstage, she commands it. A strong character behind the mic, the passionate manner of her lyrics comes through in her facial expression and you understand that a number of these tracks have been written from a very emotive place. The following for Camille is now substantially larger and the fans make themselves heard during early singles 'In a Manner of Speaking' and 'Cats and Dogs'. Camille beams at their reaction and thanks them profoundly before leading into finale of 'Pleasure' and 'Wet Boy'. A world musician who is taking the globe by storm.

• Camille! What an artist, C'est tres tres bienne. Her voice is soft and sweet, and her music is as original as her voice is unique. She seems to have a perfect balance, dynamicly, in her music. She can be minimalist or all out, whatever the music needs. Her albums are among the few that I can listen all the way through without running into a song I don't enjoy. Fantastic! I saw her live on a trip to France a few years ago, you can probably tell that she is good from her 2 live albums. She combines great harmonies with rhythmic singing and beat boxing, all with a good band backing her up. I would absolutely love to see her live again.

  Her music continues to grow and change, as she does. Her first album is distinctly different from her second, in arrangements and song writing, but both are equally fantastic. When you see her live, you can expect a very personal connection. She did a great job of making us all feel like she was singing to us, not just infront of us. So go see Camille live, she's absolutely fantastic! Elle est une bonne musicienne.

  She's a genius to me, one of the best singers of the world. Her energy and at the same time her softness are magical.
