  I have always been a fan of 1927 so when their concert was announced at Palms in Crown Casino Melbourne ( which we frequent) we decided to attend. They were excellent and to hear the Ish album in its entirety was amazing. Loved the show but..

  They didn't sell out so there were a number of empty seats. Support needs to be better and their show only went 70 minutes. This was a huge let down. Better support and a longer show would have been great.

  If you see them advertised with a good support band I highly recommend seeing them. Music and vocals were spot on.

• First time I saw 1927 was way back in 1990 when they came to my hometown, Ararat.

  This time around we are all a wee bit older but like a fine wine 1927 have only become better with time. I had a great night. My husband who had never seen them live before,had a fantastic time also.

  Hope that they come to Melbourne again real soon. Keep rocking guys!!!

• Brilliant show. Eric Weideman's voice hasn't changed. 1927 put on a terrific show which took me back 25 years. Would definitely see them again - hopefully with Pseudo Echo on the same ticket as this occasion.
