  House music is awesome, and always proves for a great night out dancing, but often is lacking with vocals. Nightcrawlers have nicely closed up this gap bu having John Reid sing vocals in their live performances as well as on their studio recordings. Although the band saw a slow period in the late 90s, they still have a substantial fan base, and make great music with epic shows. They opened the show by Reid teaching the audience a hook of the chorus, so that when the song reached the catchy middle section, they could hold out the microphone for everyone to sing along. It worked really well and was a great way to get the show started. They then went on to play some of their older tracks, and they absolutely nailed Let’s Push It, and the entire crowd were going crazy. Although they don’t have a huge amount of new music, it’s evident that they’re still mixing and creating, ad their old work is somewhat changed. Watching them work the desk and alter the sounds was incredible to see live, and witness how their sound can me manipulated.

  They did some really cool covers and mixes of newer material which worked really well, as well as playing their 2011 track Cryin’ Over You, which went down so well and had everyone singing along.
