  Prong has been through changes over the years, the band disbanded in 1996 after being released from their label. But they emerged with a vengeance in 2007 and have been perfecting their sound ever since then. Ruining Lives was released this year and has gotten laude and acclaim from older fans and new listeners alike. Prong has something to offer in their contributions to the advancement of the metal genre that any head banger can appreciate.

• I first got into Prong when the album Beg to Differ came out back in the early 90's, I've been a fan ever since. Last night's show was great! It was nice retrospective of the best of Prong from the last 20 years. Every song played was a favorite of mine. It was one of the best shows I'd seen in a long time. Also, a shout out the to opening bands - especially of note Damage Overdose. Everyone rocked.

  The best, truly, was that Tommy Victor went out and greeted the fans as everyone was leaving. It was great to be able to tell him personally that show was awesome.

• Prong was AWESOME, as always!! I was very disappointed to see the turn out of not even 100 people though...even so Prong came out and put on a great show for those of us who were there. What's up with the non-existent thrash scene here in San Antonio?? I thought Texas was more Metal than this....Back home in California this show would have been packed. I've seen Prong 6 times over the past 25 years and they always kick ass! Victor is a shredder. The opening bands were good but Prong can't be beaten live!!

• I've been listening since the 90's..."Beg to Differ"...Yeah still have it on cassette...LOL...EXCELLENT band....Thrilled they'll be in Texas! Unfortunately, a little to old to snap my neck anymore, but I'll give it hell trying...PSYCHED!

• Prong put on a great show as always, but after having to wait for 3 hours for some local mediocre bands for them to finally hit the stage, I was very disappointed that they only played for about an hour and 10 minutes!

• Although it was only a 7 song set, they did not disappoint. Nice mix of old/new and the sound was on point. The venue was friendly. Overall in a word; excellent!
