• I'm not sure where to start, but all I can promise you is that he's awesome, gifted, and a really feel good kind of person.

  On both the microphone and off, a super nice guy, great to talk to and great to listen to.

  I first picked Michael Nau off of youtube, I wasn't too sure of his music at first, but grew into it after less than three songs, then found out he was playing Liverpool Central Library. The quiet, yet sweet ambience of the room let him play well and gave a very sweet bliss to the way his music feels.

  The second time i saw him was yesterday at Gulliver's in Manchester, but what was surprising was how different it felt this time around. Almost a new twist on his music from studio to live, like i said, the ambience and bliss from the previous seeing was great, but this one felt so energetic and it was beautiful.

  Either way, Michael Nau is definitely an experience to see and worth the money. Definitely a recommended artist, and i've heard a lot of artists in my short 21 years.

• It was good but it seems a bit pompous not to play your most popular song. I'd say 90% of the people there were introduced to his music through "Love survives" but then to not play it seems a bit...

  Good concert but I don't understand the mentality of selling out if you give people what they want

• Last night at Rough Trade was everything you want from a Wednesday night show. Love Nau's vocals, and his playing is just as good. Big fan of the 3 piece set up he's got going. This man needs to get his due.
