  One thing is for sure, Hey Monday will get you involved in every aspect of their show. Formed in 2008, Floridian power pop-punk band Hey Monday fronted by vocalist Cassadee Pope have supported the likes of Fall Out Boy and All Time Low to name a few, seeing their fan base increasingly expand as they perfected their live performances. From the get go Pope bounces all over the stage, getting right up close to the crowd. Opening shows with tracks like “Run, Don’t Walk” provides an explosive introduction, setting the bar for the energy levels which are maintained throughout. With infectiously catchy tunes like “Josey” you can’t help but find yourself bopping along with the rest of the audience jumping like kangaroos. There are moments of beauty when they slow things down with tracks like “Mr Pushover” and “Hangover” as Pope picks up an acoustic guitar as her effortless vocals soar through the room. “I Don’t Wanna Dance” gets the biggest crowd reaction as they sing along word for word as the band have fun with them whether its them roaming around the stage, throwing the mic to the crowd or Pope doing the robot on stage, you can guarantee that everyone is having a laugh.
