WHO WE ARE
The company Nice S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Nice” or the “Company”), data controller for the personal data collected by the Silentron device (hereinafter also referred to as the “Device”), is committed, in the pursuit of its business purpose, to ensuring the safety and confidentiality of your personal data.
WHICH PERSONAL DATA CAN BE COLLECTED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES
The Device that you have purchased and installed does not allow you to be personally identified, since Nice does not ask users to carry out preliminary registration nor does it collect their personal data when the Device is purchased.
Only in the case of an “alarm event” and if the Device allows to capture images, such images may be saved on Nice’s servers for a period of 30 days and extracted for all authorised purposes. Once 30 days have elapsed, these images will be automatically and irreversibly erased. Nice accesses the images for the sole purposes of managing and maintaining the software infrastructure supporting the Device; Nice will not use said images for any other purposes.
Therefore, the legal basis for data processing is to execute the contractual relationship and provision of data is required to provide the service that has been requested.
HOW WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SAFE
The Company adopts adequate security measures with a view to improving the protection, safety, integrity and accessibility of your personal data.
All your personal data is stored on our protected servers or those of our suppliers, and it is accessible and usable according to our standards and safety policy (or an equivalent standard for our suppliers).
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA FOR
The Company keeps images collected in the case of an alarm event for a period of 30 days as from the time of the event; once this period of time has elapsed, these images will be automatically deleted. With the exception of these circumstances, the images are not stored and neither is any data attributable to the Device.
WHO WE CAN SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH
Only duly authorised employees who perform system administrator duties can gain access to your personal data. No other parties (including third parties) may have access to this data.

La società Nice S.p.A. (d’ora in poi “Nice” o la “Società”), titolare del trattamento dei dati personali raccolti attraverso il dispositivo Silentron (di seguito anche solo il “Dispositivo”), nello svolgimento della propria attività pone la massima attenzione alla sicurezza e alla riservatezza dei dati personali.
QUALI DATI PERSONALI CHE LA RIGUARDANO POSSONO ESSERE RACCOLTI E PER QUALI FINALITÀ
Il Dispositivo da Lei acquistato ed installato non consente l’identificazione della Sua persona, dal momento che Nice non richiede alcuna preliminare registrazione degli utenti, né raccoglie dati personali degli stessi in sede di acquisto del Dispositivo stesso.
Solamente in caso di “evento di allarme”, se il Dispositivo prevede anche la ripresa delle immagini, queste potranno essere salvate sui server di Nice per un periodo di 30 giorni per consentirLe di poterle estrapolare per tutti gli usi consentiti. Decorso il termine di 30 giorni le immagini verranno cancellate in modo automatico ed irreversibile. Nice accede alle immagini esclusivamente per finalità connesse alla gestione e manutenzione dell’infrastruttura informatica che supporta il funzionamento del Dispositivo e non le utilizzerà per alcuna ulteriore finalità.
La base giuridica di tale trattamento è pertanto quella di dare esecuzione ad un rapporto contrattuale ed il conferimento dei dati è necessario per poter fornire il servizio richiesto.
COME MANTENIAMO SICURI I SUOI DATI PERSONALI
La Società utilizza adeguate misure di sicurezza al fine di migliorare la protezione, la sicurezza, l’integrità e l’accessibilità dei Suoi dati personali.
Tutti i Suoi dati personali sono conservati sui nostri server protetti o su quelli dei nostri fornitori, e sono accessibili ed utilizzabili in base ai nostri standard e alle nostre policy di sicurezza (o standard equivalenti per i nostri fornitori).
PER QUANTO TEMPO CONSERVIAMO I SUOI DATI
La Società conserva le immagini raccolte in caso di evento di allarme per il periodo di 30 giorni a partire dall’evento, decorsi i quali le stesse saranno automaticamente cancellate. Al di fuori di tale ipotesi, le immagini non vengono conservate, così come gli eventuali dati riconducibili al Dispositivo.

QUI SOMMES-NOUS
La société Nice S.p.A. (par la suite « Nice » ou la « Société »), responsable du traitement des données à caractère personnel collectées à travers le dispositif Silentron (par la suite le « Dispositif »), dans le cadre de l'exécution de son activité porte la plus grande attention à la sécurité et à la confidentialité des données à caractère personnel.
DONNÉES À CARACTÈRE PERSONNEL VOUS CONCERNANT POUVANT ÊTRE COLLECTÉES ET POUR QUELLES FINALITÉS
Le Dispositif que vous avez acheté et installé ne permet pas votre identification personnelle, puisque Nice n'exige aucun enregistrement préalable de la part des utilisateurs, ni ne collecte de données à caractère personnel de ceux-ci au moment de l'achat du Dispositif concerné.
Ce n'est qu'en cas d'« évènement d'alarme », si le Dispositif prévoit aussi de filmer, que les images pourront être enregistrées sur les serveurs Nice pendant 30 jours pour lui permettre de les extrapoler pour tous les usages permis. Passé ce délai de 30 jours, les images seront effacées de façon automatique et irréversible. Nice n'accède aux images que pour des finalités liées à la gestion et à l'entretien de l'infrastructure informatique qui prend en charge le fonctionnement du Dispositif et ne les utilisera pour aucune autre finalité.
La base juridique de ce traitement est par conséquent celle de permettre l'exécution d'un rapport contractuel et la collecte des données est nécessaire pour pouvoir fournir le service demandé.
COMMENT ASSURONS-NOUS LA SÉCURITÉ DE VOS DONNÉES À CARACTÈRE PERSONNEL
La Société adopte des mesures de sécurité appropriées pour améliorer la protection, la sécurité, l'intégrité et l'accessibilité de vos données à caractère personnel.
Toutes vos données à caractère personnel sont conservées dans nos serveurs protégés ou dans ceux de nos fournisseurs. Elles sont accessibles et utilisables selon nos standards et nos politiques de confidentialité (ou standards équivalents pour nos fournisseurs).
PENDANT COMBIEN DE TEMPS CONSERVONS-NOUS VOS DONNÉES
La Société conserve les images collectées en cas d'évènement d'alarme pendant 30 jours à partir de l'évènement, elles seront ensuite automatiquement effacées. En dehors de ces hypothèses, les images tout comme les données éventuellement rattachées au Dispositif ne sont pas conservées.
AVEC QUI POUVONS-NOUS PARTAGER VOS DONNÉES À CARACTÈRE PERSONNEL
Seul le personnel dûment autorisé et exerçant l'activité d'administrateur système peut avoir accès à vos données à caractère personnel. Aucune autre personne, y compris les tiers, ne peut avoir accès à ces données.

Über das von Ihnen gekaufte und installierte Gerät kann Ihre Person nicht identifiziert werden, da Nice weder die Registrierung der Benutzer einfordert, noch personenbezogene Daten beim Kauf des Geräts sammelt.
Einzig im Falle eines „Alarms“, wenn das Gerät die Aufnahme von Bildern vorsieht, können diese auf den Servern von Nice für einen Zeitraum von 30 Tagen gespeichert werden, um Ihnen die Möglichkeit zu geben, diese für alle legalen Verwendungen zu erhalten. Nach Ablauf der Frist von 30 Tagen werden die Bilder automatisch und vollständig gelöscht. Nice greift ausschließlich zu Zwecken, die mit der Betreibung und Wartung der IT-Struktur zur korrekten Funktion des Geräts verbunden sind, auf die Bilder zu und verwendet Sie für keine weiteren Zwecke.
Die juristische Grundlage dieser Verarbeitung ist also die Durchführung einer vertraglichen Beziehung, wobei die Übermittlung der Daten notwendig ist, um den erfragten Dienst erbringen zu können.

Die Gesellschaft verwendet angemessene Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, um den Schutz, die Sicherheit, die Integrität und den Zugang zu Ihren personenbezogenen Daten zu verbessern.

El Dispositivo adquirido e instalado por usted no permite identificarle, puesto que Nice no solicita ningún registro preliminar de los usuarios, ni recoge datos personales de estos últimos durante la compra del Dispositivo.

El fundamento jurídico de este tratamiento es, por lo tanto, ejecutar una relación contractual y la comunicación de los datos es necesaria para poder prestar el servicio solicitado.
CÓMO VELAMOS POR LA SEGURIDAD DE SUS DATOS PERSONALES
La Sociedad utiliza medidas de seguridad adecuadas a fin de mejorar la protección, la seguridad, la integridad y la accesibilidad de sus datos personales.
Todos sus datos personales se conservan en nuestros servidores protegidos o en los de nuestros proveedores, y son accesibles y utilizables de acuerdo con nuestros estándares y nuestras políticas de seguridad (o estándares equivalentes para nuestros proveedores).

Zakupione i zainstalowane przez Państwa Urządzenie nie pozwala na Państwa identyfikację, ponieważ Nice nie wymaga uprzedniej rejestracji użytkowników, ani nie gromadzi ich danych osobowych w momencie zakupu Urządzenia.
Jedynie w przypadku „zdarzenia alarmowego”, jeśli Urządzenie przewiduje również wykonywanie zdjęć, mogą one zostać zapisane na serwerach Nice na okres 30 dni, aby umożliwić Państwu ich pobranie do wszystkich dozwolonych zastosowań. Po upływie terminu 30 dni zdjęcia zostaną automatycznie usunięte w nieodwracalny sposób. Zdjęcia nie będą wykorzystywanie w żadnym innym celu.
Podstawą prawną takiego przetwarzania jest zatem realizacja stosunku umownego, a przekazanie danych jest konieczne w celu świadczenia żądanej usługi.

Firma stosuje odpowiednie środki bezpieczeństwa w celu poprawy ochrony, bezpieczeństwa, nienaruszalności i dostępności Państwa danych osobowych.

WIE ZIJN WE
Nice S.p.A. (hierna “Nice” of het “Bedrijf” genoemd), verwerkingsverantwoordelijke van de persoonsgegevens die verzameld zijn met het Silentron-apparaat (hierna ook alleen “apparaat” genoemd), besteedt bij de uitvoering van zijn activiteiten de grootste aandacht aan de veiligheid en de vertrouwelijkheid van persoonsgegevens.
WELKE U BETREFFENDE PERSOONSGEGEVENS KUNNEN WORDEN VERZAMELD, EN VOOR WELKE DOELEN
Het door u aangeschafte en geïnstalleerde apparaat maakt het niet mogelijk om u te identificeren, aangezien Nice geen registratie van gebruikers vraagt, noch hun persoonsgegevens verzamelt op het moment van aanschaf van het apparaat.
Als het apparaat ook beelden opneemt, kunnen deze alleen in het geval van een “alarmgebeurtenis” worden opgeslagen op de servers van Nice, gedurende een periode van 30 dagen, om u in staat te stellen ze te extrapoleren voor toegestane toepassingen. Na deze periode van 30 dagen worden de beelden automatisch en onherstelbaar gewist. Nice gebruikt de beelden uitsluitend voor de doelen die verband houden met het beheer en het onderhoud van de informatica-infrastructuur die de werking van het apparaat ondersteunt en zal ze niet gebruiken voor enig ander doel.
De rechtsgrondslag van deze verwerking is derhalve het ten uitvoer brengen van een contractuele verbintenis en de overdracht van gegevens is nodig om de gewenste dienst te verlenen.
HOE BEVEILIGEN WE UW PERSOONSGEGEVENS
Het bedrijf stelt afdoende veiligheidsmaatregelen in om de bescherming, veiligheid, integriteit en toegankelijkheid van uw persoonsgegeven te verbeteren.
Al uw persoonsgegevens worden op onze beveiligde servers of die van onze leveranciers bewaard en zijn toegankelijk en bruikbaar volgens onze standaarden en ons veiligheidsbeleid (of gelijkwaardige standaarden, voor onze leveranciers).
HOE LANG BEWAREN WE UW PERSOONSGEGEVENS
Het bedrijf bewaart de beelden die verzameld worden in het geval van een alarm gedurende een periode van 30 dagen vanaf het moment waarop de gebeurtenis plaats heeft. Na deze periode worden ze automatisch gewist. Buiten dergelijke situaties worden de beelden niet bewaard. Hetzelfde geldt voor eventuele gegevens die herleidbaar zijn tot het apparaat.
MET WIE KUNNEN WE UW PERSOONSGEGEVENS DELEN
Alleen werknemers die naar behoren geautoriseerd zijn en die systeembeheerdersactiviteiten verrichten hebben toegang tot uw persoonsgegevens. Geen enkele andere persoon, met inbegrip van derden, kan toegang krijgen tot deze gegevens.

HANGİ KİŞİSEL VERİLER HANGİ AMAÇLARLA TOPLANABİLİR?
Satın aldığınız ve kurduğunuz Cihaz, Nice kullanıcılardan ön kayıt yapmalarını istemediği veya Cihaz satın alındığında kişisel verileri toplamadığı için kimliğinizin açığa çıkarılmasına izin vermez.
Yalnızca “alarm olayı” gerçekleşirse ve Cihaz görüntü alınmasına izin verirse böyle görüntüler, Nice’ın sunucularında 30 gün boyunca saklanabilir ve izin verilen tüm amaçlar için kullanılabilir. 30 gün dolduktan sonra bu görüntüler otomatik olarak ve geri alınamaz biçimde silinecektir. Nice, görüntülere yalnızca Cihazı destekleyen yazılım altyapısını yönetmek ve korumak için erişir; Nice, ilgili görüntüleri başka amaçlar için kullanmayacaktır.
Bu nedenle, veri işlemenin yasal dayanağı sözleşmeye dayalı ilişkiyi yürütmektir ve istenen hizmeti sunmak için verilerin sağlanması gerekir.
KİŞİSEL VERİLERİNİZİN GÜVENLİĞİNİ NASIL SAĞLARIZ?
Şirket, kişisel verilerinizin korunmasını, güvenliğini, bütünlüğünü ve erişilebilirliğini iyileştirmek için yeterli güvenlik tedbirleri alır.
Tüm kişisel verileriniz, bizim veya tedarikçilerimizin korunan sunucularında saklanır ve standartlarımıza ve güvenlik politikamıza (veya tedarikçilerimizin buna benzer standardına) göre bu veriler kullanılır ve bunlara erişim sağlanır.

Şirket, alarm olayı durumunda alınan görüntüleri, olay tarihinden sonraki 30 gün boyunca saklar; bu süre dolduktan sonra görüntüler otomatik olarak silinecektir. Bu koşullar dışında görüntüler saklanmaz ve hiçbir veri Cihazla ilişkilendirilmez.
KİŞİSEL VERİLERİNİZİ KİMLERLE PAYLAŞABİLİRİZ?
Kişisel verilerinize, yalnızca sistem yöneticisi görevlerini üstlenen tam yetkili çalışanlar erişebilir. Başka hiçbir taraf (üçüncü taraflar dahil) bu verilere erişemez.
