Terrence McCrossan
Terrence McCrossan Chief Executive Officer

Terrence joined Oversight as CEO in July 2018, bringing more than 25 years of the payment industry, SaaS technology, and executive leadership experience to his role. As CEO, he focuses on driving Oversight to the next level as a leading provider of artificial intelligence-powered financial risk mitigation and compliance monitoring software solutions for Fortune 1000 business and government clients.

Prior to Oversight, Terrence served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Comdata, a leading payments and fleet management division of FLEETCOR (FLT). Before Comdata, he spent 10 years in executive marketing, strategy, and operating roles with ADP, most recently serving as Division Vice President and General Manager of ADP Vantage HCM, a leading SaaS solution for large enterprises. Earlier in his career, he held sales and marketing positions at MCI and Internet Security Systems. Terrence has an MBA from Wake Forest University and a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University.

Bala Tiru
Bala Tiru Chief Product Officer

Bala Tiru brings almost 20 years of experience delivering innovative product plan strategies that transformed the business of several leading SaaS companies. In this role, Bala sets future product strategies for Oversight’s artificial intelligence and machine learning platform for audit and fraud detection spanning multiple financial processes for enterprise companies. He works in partnership with Oversight’s Vice President of Marketing, and our  Chief Product Officer.

Formerly, Bala served as Vice President, Product Management & Strategy at Genpact, where he led large-scale efforts to define product and go-to-market strategies to accelerate a 100K employee BPO-focused services company to a digital lead transformation company. In this role, Bala reduced the sales cycle by 70% and increased revenue by 30% by analyzing and implementing new product capabilities.

Prior to joining Genpact, Bala was Vice President, Product Management & User Experience at Vendavo, overseeing a $100M enterprise, mobility, and cloud-based SaaS products P&L that included predictive analytics, sales intelligence, and price optimization. Bala boosted revenues for Vendavo by over 500% in 2020 by establishing a five-year product vision and a three-year roadmap.

Bala holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Finance from the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University.

Nathanael LHeureux
Nathanael L'Heureux Chief Solutions Ambassador

Nathanael L'Heureux has more than 25 years of experience in system architecture, and software development and engineering management. During his tenure with Oversight, he has held various leadership positions supporting client engagement and success, and new product design and delivery.

Prior to joining Oversight, Nathanael led product development efforts for various organizations, including TALX (now Equifax). Nathanael also has more than 18 years of pastoral experience and is involved in mission work around the globe. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his master’s in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Jill Sutton
Jill Sutton Chief People Officer

Jill Sutton leads the strategy and execution of Oversight’s recruiting, organizational design, and talent development efforts. She also oversees Oversight’s culture and employee advocacy programs.

Jill has more than 20 years of leadership experience, including talent management and employee development for Fortune 100 companies and mid-size equity-owned business. Before joining Oversight, she held executive positions at nThrive (formerly MedAssets), Cox Communications, McKesson, and BellSouth (currently AT&T).

Jill earned a bachelor’s in Risk Management and a master’s degree in Adult Education and Organizational Development from University of Georgia. She is an active member of Human Resources Leadership Forum of Atlanta and is on the board of the National Charity League.

Megan Howe
Megan Howe Chief Sales Officer

Meg Howe oversees the strategy and execution of all direct and indirect revenue production. She brings with her 11 years of leadership in building, transforming and scaling revenue organizations. In addition, Meg has deep experience in adapting and executing GTM strategies that adapt to the changing nature of the customer journey.

Most recently, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at Alessa, a leader in the AML/KYC space for the Banking, Fintech and Casino/Gaming industries. Earlier in her career, she built new sales divisions across the country as Paycom scaled its business to ultimately IPO. Meg brings an enthusiastic passion around modern revenue strategy and helping others level up to their peak performance potential. She holds a B.A in Business and Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Amir-Karuppaiah-CTO
Amirtharaj Karuppaiah Chief Technology Officer

With an expansive career spanning over 24 years in product development, Amir Karuppaiah is a seasoned senior executive with a proven track record of steering successful product development initiatives.

Amir's proficiency encompasses defining comprehensive product development strategies, leading cross-functional product development endeavors, and refining ongoing projects to meet defined objectives within set timelines.

Having traversed various industries, including recovery audit transformation, call center automation, healthcare, disaster resource management, enterprise resource planning, supply chain, and financial applications, Amir brings a wealth of knowledge and a distinctive perspective to his role at Oversight.

A notable strength lies in Amir's capacity to conceive and execute strategic initiatives that drive organizational goal attainment, augment revenue streams, and unlock new avenues in product development.

Amir has a profound understanding of contemporary SaaS organizational best practices and excels in steering operational excellence and ensuring high-caliber product deliveries.

Complementing his leadership prowess is Amir's mastery over a spectrum of software technologies, ranging from Java, C#, Angular, Javascript, TypeScript, Python, Pandas, to Spark, Kafka, Elastic Search, Airflow, Microservices, Spring boot, Rest API, GraphQL, Serverless, Lambdas, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD, MsSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, AWS, Azure, AI/ML, NLP, TensorFlow, and Keras.

Christine-Jones-CCO
Christine Jones Chief Client Officer

With a foundational education and early career deeply ingrained in technology and software development, Christine Jones is passionate about fostering the growth and scalability of B2B technology and SaaS enterprises. She emphasizes elevating client experiences, refining products, and optimizing delivery operations.

Over several decades in technology, Christine has traversed diverse sectors, including Healthcare, Security, Financial, Intelligent Power, and Non-Profit domains. Her professional journey includes key roles as a SaaS executive, contributing significantly to the business's development, product enhancement, and client service facets. From tech startups to global billion-dollar enterprises, her experience extends to pivotal involvement in management during sale processes.

From a rich background interfacing with Private Equity, Christine has been a linchpin in over 10 M&A acquisitions in recent years. Beyond her corporate engagements, she extends her expertise through professional and executive mentoring, offering guidance as a board advisor, and providing essential coaching to nascent female entrepreneurs. Christine epitomizes a versatile professional deeply entrenched in technology and SaaS, bringing a wealth of experience and acumen to the Oversight community.

Ross Allen Chief Financial Officer

Ross Allen joined Oversight as CFO in May 2023, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in finance organizations and has a proven track record of providing operational and financial leadership that drives enterprise value creation.  As CFO, Ross will be responsible for leading the company’s finance organization, including financial strategy and operations, all accounting areas, tax functions, treasury, FP&A, pricing and contracting, procurement, and internal audit and controls.

Prior to Oversight, Ross was the Vice President of Corporate Finance at Solera, a leading provider of risk management and asset protection software and services to the automotive industry and property insurance marketplace.  Ross also served as the Divisional CFO for the Fleet Segment at Solera.  Previously, Ross was the Vice President of Finance at Omnitracs, a leading fleet management and transportation technology company.  Ross also held various finance leadership roles at RealPage, a technology platform for residential and property management, including SVP and Divisional CFO for emerging markets, VP of Corporate Finance, Finance Lead for Property Management and Finance Director.  Before joining the corporate sector, Ross began his career and established his financial foundations in various roles at Comerica Bank and First Pioneer.

Ross’s experience spans both private equity backed and public companies, company’s and divisions <$100M to >$2B in revenues.  Extensive experience and concentration with SaaS and technology companies.  Successfully navigating numerous acquisitions as well as successful exits (e.g., IPO, company sale).  Throughout his career, Ross has looked to enthusiastically drive top line growth while executing on operational efficiency and excellence, to maximize value creation.

Ross received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University as well as an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.  Ross received his Bachelor of Science (BS) from Cornell University, Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, with concentration in finance and business management. 

Mark McDaniel
Mark McDaniel Vice President of Program Management

Mark joined Oversight in 2019 as director of its Federal Government business, and now additionally leads the company’s Program Management Office.  The Program Management Office plans and leads technology, commercial excellence, and quality projects that cross multiple functions to deliver maximum business impact.
Most recently, Mark spent over 10 years with General Electric, where after completing a rotational development program he held roles in sales, sales operations, and commercial management in GE’s energy business.  He worked extensively on successful product launches and closed complex commercial deals in challenging circumstances while helping power plant operators around the globe adapt to the changing energy landscape.

Prior to GE, Mark served as an Armor Officer in the active duty U.S. Army.  He is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and continues to serve as a U.S. Army Reserve Soldier on a part-time basis.

Mark is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Economics, and holds an MBA from Emory University.  He holds Project Management Professional and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.

Kristin Reichman
Kristin Reichman Vice President of Marketing

Kristin Reichman is responsible for the ideation and execution of Oversight’s marketing, branding, and messaging strategy. Kristin has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, leadership development, and corporate learning.

An energetic and results-driven leader, Kristin inspires those around her to engage in independent thought, take risks, and deliver innovative marketing solutions. Prior to Oversight, Kristin spent time at Apple, focusing on corporate sales and marketing; expanded her knowledge in the FinTech space working for Bank of America Merchant Services; and gained considerable marketing experience working for digital advertising giant Hibü.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication from the University of Florida, attended Harvard University’s Executive Education program, and has Paralegal Certification from Emory University.

Bob Burke

Bob has over 35 years of experience in the technology space with both private and public companies and is focused on investment opportunities in the software and internet sectors. Bob was most recently CEO of Art Technology Group (ATG) and led the turnaround and rejuvenation of the business. Under Bob’s leadership, ATG became a leading e-commerce software provider and was acquired by Oracle in 2011.

Before ATG, Bob was CEO of Quidnunc, a privately-held web consultancy with headquarters in London and offices in the United States. Prior to that, he was President of ePresence Solutions (formerly Banyan Systems), where he led the repositioning of Banyan from its legacy Network Operating System business both organically and by acquisition.

Bob started his career as a software specialist at Digital Equipment Corporation and held a wide variety of roles in hardware and software infrastructure, software applications, and services. His various roles at Digital included being general manager of its systems integration business with operations in over 45 countries.

Bob enjoys being with family and friends, traveling, and trying to improve his golf game.

Bob has a B.S. in Physics from Eastern Michigan University.

Tim Mcadam
Tim McAdam

Tim joined TCV in 2010 and focuses on investments in the enterprise software, security, and tech-enabled services markets. His current investments include Aviatrix, FinancialForce, GitLab (NASDAQ: GTLB), Legit Security, OneTrust, Oversight, Perceptyx, and Vectra. His prior investments include Alarm.com (NASDAQ: ALRM), Avalara (NYSE: AVLR), Rapid7 (NASDAQ: RPD), Silver Peak (acquired by HPE), Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK) and TOA Technologies (acquired by Oracle).

He currently sits on the board at Alarm.com (NASDAQ: ALRM), Aviatrix, FinancialForce, OneTrust, Oversight, Vectra, and Perceptyx.

Tim was previously a partner at Trinity Ventures, a leading early- to mid-stage venture capital firm, where he focused on investments in the software and security sectors. Prior to Trinity, Tim was a vice president at GTCR in Chicago. He started his career in the early 1990s at TA Associates in Boston.

Tim received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated with a B.A. in Classical Archaeology from Dartmouth College.

Mike Eberhard
Mike Eberhard

Mike is past president of SAP’s Spend Management Group where he supported customers around the world by overseeing end-to-end operations, vision and strategy for SAP’s integrated cloud solutions, including SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and SAP Fieldglass. During his 17-year career with Concur, he was instrumental in leading the company through the SAP integration and held a series of executive roles, including Executive Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific; Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Business Development; and President, Global Distribution.

Prior to joining SAP Concur, Mike was Vice President, Worldwide Sales at Xign; Vice President and General Manager for Ariba; and Vice President and General Manager, Education & Government at PeopleSoft. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Providence College.
