NTIS | NTIS Joint Venture Partners

Joint Venture Partnership (JVP) Program

NTIS’s authority to partner with the Private Sector is one among many unique authorities that we have to help Federal Agencies to take advantage of private sector and Governmental Technical expertise to create new and innovative ways to collect, use, store…government information. The JVP Program is unique in the federal government and gives NTIS the ability to leverage leading, innovative companies, nonprofits, NGOs, and academic institutions to its government customers to solve complex data challenges. With the JVP Program, NTIS can collaborate with customers and solution providers to craft optimum solutions.

By teaming with NTIS, Joint Venture Partners help Federal Agencies leverage new and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and cybersecurity. Agencies can then apply this to the information lifecycle as needed: collect, store, analyze, use, and share.

This partnership offers a unique opportunity to contribute to advancing data and information services in the Federal Government. NTIS provides frequent opportunities for new partners, with August 24, 2024, as the next cut-off for proposals. See this Federal Register Notice for more information on this opportunity.
