What it does:
- To throw grenades/mines you need to have your weapon holstered/sheathed (this includes melee weapons).
- Only having your fists raised also allows you to throw grenades.
- Otherwise a bash attack will be performed once you release the button, which also allows you to queue bash attacks until you release.
- I haven't tested it, but it should work fine with mods like Melee And Throw
