SKS Type 56 is the common rifle of the People's Liberation Army and Chinese militia.
Due to the Sino-American War a big number of this gun appeared in the USA - in civil hands, in auxiliaries hands, in army warehouses, everywhere.
After 200 years a lot of guns were destroyed, rusted, disappeared - but SKS is still the usual gun in the Commonwealth.

Hint to find: regular SKS is on the upper level of the USAF Satellite Station Olivia, near antenna. Special one is on the table in canteen of Yangtze.
