This mod adds a brand new weapon to the institute arsenal. The Pulse Carbine performs on the same level as the vanilla plasma weapons, giving the institute some better gear for the late game. This weapon is added to the institute leveled lists and spawns after level 20.

The Pulse Carbine is finally here! (Sorry it took so damn long)
Functionally, the institute pulse carbine will have similar stats to the vanilla plasma weapons, with the addition of a seeking projectile that can be added at the weapons workbench. The goal here is to give the institute some better tech as well as more weapon variety, they are supposed to be the most advanced faction after all. This mod comes complete with brand new models and textures, but does use vanilla animations.
This weapon is added to the leveled lists and will spawn on higher ranking synths after the player reaches level 20. It can also be purchased at institute vendors.
This has been a fun project to work on, and hopefully my next mod won't take as long. Stay tuned for the shoulder mounted machinegun!
