This is my Egret Tours Marina blueprint. Please note that I use a lot of texture mods in my game: some straight out and others that I have modified to look the way I like - this is an ongoing passion of mine, so be warned that your buildings may, and most probably will, not look like the illustrative images.
I used ASE Players Choice v2.1 (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29095) ETM for this blueprint. You may use most settlement mods for ETM with this blueprint as you will need to use the console to "SCRAPALL" for this mod.
I've included a Slocum Joe's if you have the Creation Club mod and want it.
MOVE THE WORKSHOP WORKBENCH
One more thing, and this will most likely not be permanent with some of the ETM mods, that you will need to do. Move the workshop workbench using the console command "00164321.moveto ff01ce26" (without the quotes). Or you may try using Workshop Workbench Marker (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14046) to move the workbench to the mat in the workshop area. If you find a mod that allows the workshop workbench to be moved and stay moved please send me the link so that I can use it myself.
