Installing Raider Overhaul required me to cobble together downloads from multiple sources and that drove me nuts. I started asking for publishing permission here and there so we could just have one download to install the entire mod.
The Main Download contains the Full RO installation, restored files, fixes, things added by others, and fixes by me.
The INNR have been formatted to work well with R88 and FallUI Complex Item Sorter.

Raider Overhaul was the original and has just kept evolving. RO1 version 3.0 now breaks out the majority of weapons from the restrictions and potential conflicts of direct leveled list edits and uses injected records to give flexibility and compatibility.
Raider Overhaul One gives you:

- The best buffs to vanilla raider weapons
- The best built-in weapon selection, especially melee
- Now - HIGHLY compatible thanks to injected weapon leveled list integration rather than hard edits to LLs
- Vanilla Raider Buffs are built in and injected

- 3 Bundle of Tape weapons are injected **IF you are not already using A Bundle of Tape. This is automatically handled by the FOMOD installer.
- 4estGimp - A Bundle of Tape Edit is made to perfectly fit with the Raiders AND incorporate into the rest of the Wasteland too.
- Multiple 4estGimp mods available for shotgun peers
- Multiple 4estGimp mods available for SMG peers and other weapons.

Also, try out AI Edit and Complex Sorter NPC Scaling for a little extra spice. You are in danger in daylight but can still sneak at night, especially with perks and if being cautious.
My "Ecosystem" is build around using Complex Sorter and Equipment and Crafting Overhaul to give the best experience. Most of my mods will still function without those but the faction mods will lose a lot of naming and icon functionality otherwise. Use the ECO INNR or the R88 INNR (not the full mod) at a MINIMUM. Follow the instructions on each of my mod pages.

My personal modlist - which stays about 98% accurate but I am sometimes slow to update. See the legend in the upper right to know what is not being used vs. what is being used. Also, I don't begin to imply these are mods you must use. The main point is to take note of the MO2 separators and organize your mods in that order. Then maybe beyond that we will share some common tastes in mods.

Some Raider Overhaul fixes: (this is old news now ;)
- Underhelmet system completed with some minor leveled list tweaks to keep Sack UnderHelmets... under helmets.
- New Utility Coveralls created which use proper slots. RO was using the vanilla Utility Coveralls and could cause naked raiders.
- Spike Armor slots fixed so armor shows properly.
- Cage Armor slots fixed so armor shows properly.
- Flight cap configured to have an armor addon that allows to be a standalone cap and not just a liner.
- Overboss PA armors are renamed to have "Overboss" in the name.
- Dreadnaught armors are made tougher and harder to defeat.
- Raider PA lining C rating was dropped to fit it's level.
- Four weapons INNRs have been re-activated : Chainsaw, ConcreteSledge, Crowbar, and Bloodsports
- Crowbar naming set to "Editor Only" to fix naming weapon as "Standard Epic".
- Created a new INNR "dn_RORC_Armor" to better name and sort Raider Armor vs Dreadnaught Armor in inventory.
- Keyword added to Dreadnaught Helmet to properly tag and sort it in inventory.
- dn_PowerArmor INNR updated in the main file AND put into a separate file so it can be installed at the end of the Load Order.

- Balancing and re-balancing... it never ends.
