Them Changes (Interior - Single Settler) - Go from scav to sophisticate! Watch your settler's dwelling evolve as they trade up for better and shinier stuff. Utilizes Dynamic Decor for a randomized experience. 

Modern Life Is Rubbish (3x3 - Multiple Settlers) - A modern apartment building so that your post-apocalyptic settlers don't feel like they missed out on the modern experience of the fourth floor walkup. Provides homes for 2-6 settlers depending on level and utilizes Dynamic Decor for a randomized experience. (Requires CC Modern Furniture Workshop Pack) - UNLOCKABLE

East Wasteland Tea Company (Interior - Custom Vendor and Int - Industrial Production) - a shop for trying out all the latest tastes in steeped, mutated herbs. Commercial Version sells them. Industrial version produces them for settlement bars. 

Old World Diner (2x2 - Available as both Custom Vendor and Bar)- Where nostalgia and questionable foods come together in beautiful harmony - Now available as a Bar (Commercial) and a Mess Hall (Outpost Recreational)

Who Shot Ya? (2x2 - Production) - A gunsmithing workshop that will supply your settlement weapon stores with more and more complex and powerful firearms as it progressed. Supports Creation Club weapons and several mod-added weapons if you have them installed. Consumes primarily building materials and machine parts, with some organic materials and rare materials. Yagisan's Builders (3x3 - Building Materials) - Tribute to and based on a design from expert City Planner and FO4 modder Yagisan, a Building Materials industrial that grows to three stories and provides jobs for up to 5 settlers. With all five settlers assigned, provides small shipments of building materials to settlement general stores. 

Yagisan's Organics (3x3 - Organic Materials) - Tribute to and based on a design from expert City Planner and FO4 modder Yagisan, an Organic Materials industrial that grows to three stories and provides jobs for up to 5 settlers. With all five settlers assigned, provides small shipments of organic materials to settlement general stores. 

Yagisan's Mechanics (3x3 - Machine Parts) - Tribute to and based on a design from expert City Planner and FO4 modder Yagisan, a Machine Parts industrial that grows to three stories and provides jobs for up to 5 settlers. With all five settlers assigned, provides small shipments of machine parts to settlement general stores. 

Yagisan's Rare Essence (3x3 - Machine Parts) - Tribute to and based on a design from expert City Planner and FO4 modder Yagisan, a Rare Materials industrial that grows to three stories and provides jobs for up to 5 settlers. With all five settlers assigned, provides small shipments of rare materials to settlement general stores. 

Even Better Than the Real Thing (3x3 - Production) - Depending on where your wasteland adventures take you, will produce Vim, Nuka Cola, their variants and mixes, and other refreshing beverages. Consumes glass, caps, acid, steel, and rubber and provides carbonated joy to settlement bars. - UNLOCKABLE

Screwed (Interior - Conversion)
- A small machine shop designed to help turn excess building materials into more valuable machine parts. All in a confined space! Consumes aluminum and steel and produces screws, gears, and springs. 

So Fresh, So Clean (Interior - Conversion) - A small chemical workshop that uses the time honored technique of mixing wood ash, water, and oils to produce cleaners. Turn that extra building material and a touch of organic material into rare materials. Consumes wood and oil and produces antiseptic. And trust me, you're going to need a lot of antiseptic soon. 

Splice of Life (Interior - Conversion) - A suspiciously high tech nanomanufacturing center that can turn building materials and a dash of rare materials into even more rare materials. Just don't ask where this equipment came from. Consumes glass and a small amount of crystal and produces fiber optics. 


New Farms: 23

Beans for Breakfast (2x2 - Basic) - A silt bean agriculture plot that produces beans for your settlement general stores and coffee tins at level 3. 

Float On (2x2 Basic) - A water-based tarberry bog to maximize space and use the shoreline of your settlements. Provides and produces tarberries for settlement general stores. 

Yardbird Suite (Int - Advanced) - A small chicken coop that gets bigger! Supplies settlement general stores with eggs. Also some chickens that are a bit on the free-range side. 

Fever (3x3 - Advanced) - A recreational and agricultural hybrid. A place to sit back and watch those glowing blossoms take over the world. Provides a variety of flowers for settlement general stores. 

Screaming Trees (3x3 - Advanced) - Your own private slice of the Far Harbor wilderness. Provides sap, blight, and asters and a special surprise at level 3 for settlement stores. 

Where the Brahmiluff Roam (3x3 - Advanced) - A micro-ranch where you can get plenty of Brahmiluff cream and, at the highest level, provides Brahmiluff cheese for sale at your settlement stores. 

THOSE! (3x3 - Advanced) - The ant farm of your dreams/nightmares. Produces ant meat, steaks, and fricasse for bars and ant queen pheromones for clinics at level 3.

Veta's Crickets (3x3 - Advanced) - A tribute to the legendary cricket slayer. Produces cricket meat, steaks, and Veta's Cricket Supreme for bars at level 3.

Birdland (3x3 - Advanced) - Chicken in the corn, and the corn can't grow. Produces lots of eggs and chicken noodle soup for bars at level 3.

Hot House A (2x2 - Advanced) - Feed the masses with cutting edge technology from several centuries ago with this greenhouse that grows a variety of food for your settlements, keeping both general stores and bars well stocked. Employs two settlers and features beehive and flowers from MunkySpunk and planters from CREAtive Clutter and Whisper's Wasteland Resources.

Hot House B (2x2 - Advanced) - The Herbalizer. Grow and collect increasingly rare Wasteland herbs and deploy technology from several centuries ago with this greenhouse that grows a variety of food for your settlements, keeping both general stores and bars well stocked. Employs two settlers and features beehive and flowers from MunkySpunk and planters from CREAtive Clutter and Whisper's Wasteland Resources.

Honeynut Mud Farm (2x2 Basic) - Grow pre-war honeynut squash, a unique flora, for your settlement consumption and harvest (Original design by Kinggath) - UNLOCKABLE

Open Garden (2x2) Basic - Adapted from Whisper's Walled Gardens and More with permission from Whisper/Bionicyardiff. A simple dirt mound encircled by a low stone wall. Grow all sorts of different crops using a variety of skins, starting with 3 Sisters (default), Carrots, Corn, Good Soup, Gourds, Melons, Mutfruit, Wildflowers, and Tatos. Unlockable additional skins include - Apples, Beets, Chilis, Fruitopia, and Grapes.  Unique flora from The Bleachers 2 included in various skins with permission from Munkyspunk. 

Walled Garden (2x2) Basic - Adapted from Whisper's Walled Gardens and More with permission from Whisper/Bionicyardiff. A walled-in plot that grows in the number of crops and the size of its walls. Grow all sorts of different crops using a variety of skins, starting with Razorgrain (Default), Carrots, Gourds, Melons, Mushroom Kingdom, Mutfruit, and Tatos. Unlockable additional skins include - Apples, Beets, Chilis, Honeynut and Gourd, Oranges, Pomegranates, and Grapes. Unique flora from The Bleachers 2 included in various skins with permission from Munkyspunk. 

Garden Gate (3x3) Basic - Adapted from Whisper's Walled Gardens and More with permission from Whisper/Bionicyardiff. A combination of walled entryway/settlement gate and expansive farm that employs up to three (3) settlers. Grow all sorts of different crops using a variety of skins, starting with Silt Beans, Carrots, Corn, Melons, Mutfruit, Razorgrain Tatos, and Wildside. Unlockable additional skins include - Apples, Beets and Carrots, Chili Combo, Fruitopia, Grapes, Autumn Harvest, and Oranges.  Unique flora from The Bleachers 2 included in various skins with permission from Munkyspunk. 

Hot House C (2x2) Advanced -
Pre-war Produce makes a comeback! In this greenhouse, assign up to 2 settlers to grow all sorts of Old World crops for you, including Apples, Chilies, Grapes, Honeynut Squash, Oranges, and. Pomegranates - Unique flora from The Bleachers 2 included with permission from Munkyspunk. - UNLOCKABLE

Rusted Root (Interior) Basic - A ramshackle farm full of improvised planters. Grow all sorts of different crops using a variety of skins, starting with Mutfruit (default), Carrots, Silt Beans, and Tatos. Improvised planters provided by and used with permission from Whisper/Bionicyardiff! Unlockable additional skins include - Apples, Beets, Chilis, Hot Stuff, Oranges, Pomegranates, and Grapes.  Unique flora from The Bleachers 2 included in various skins with permission from Munkyspunk. 

Special Herbs (Interior) High Tech - A high tech farm using state of the art technology from both Vault-Tec and the Institute. Grow all sorts of different crops using a variety of skins, starting with Ash Blossoms (default), Beans, Carrots, Mutated Ferns, Fever Blossoms, Fungi, Gourds, Mutfruit, Tatos, and Razorgrain.  Unlockable additional skins include - Apples, Beets, Chilis, Grapes, Honeynut Squash, Oranges, and Pomegranates.  Unique flora from The Bleachers 2 included in various skins with permission from Munkyspunk.

All Mixed Up (1x1 - Intelligence) - NEW TO JAMPADS 2 -
Fix up a nuka-cola mixer and discover a new galaxy of flavors. Trains settler intelligence. 1-2 settlers trained. 

Silent Night (Interior - Relaxation) - A toasty nook to contemplate what you've been through in the past year - and to prepare for the next one. (Requires CC Holiday Workshop) - UNLOCKABLE - Previously included in Yuletide Add-on

Body Movin' (3x3 - Agility) - A strenuous and dangerous obstacle course to make sure your settlers have quick feet - or else! Try running it yourself if you don't mind a few nicks, bruises, and broken bones. Now available as a Training Yard (Outpost Recreational)

War Games (Interior - Agility Training) - Because video games totally prepare you for real life combat! Train your guards up by having them blast digital zetans, automatrons, and man the atomic command. Arcade cabinets courtesy of Pra. 

Age of Aquariums (Interior - Perception Training) - Aquariums may appear peaceful, but keeping one going is hard work - especially in this post-apocalyptic environment. Trains 1-3 settlers as it advances. Aquariums courtesy of MunkySpunk.

Intergalactic Planetary (2x2 - High Tech) Salvaged bits of Nuka World bring animatronic Zetans in to the picture to guard and fight for your settlement. 

Rock Lobster (2x2 - Advanced) - Saving a few of those nukalurk eggs from Nuka-World has gifted you with your own band of nukalurk warriors as settlements guards. Not much is more intimidating than a glowing crab monster. - UNLOCKABLE

Robot Parade (2x2 - Advanced) - Combine the ingenuity of the Mechanist with volatile soda chemicals! Spawns Mr. Frothies to defend your settlement. 

Ghoulrillaz (2x2 - Advanced) - Nuka World's Ghoulrillas have found a new home, and they're ready to fight for it. Make any invader pass through a serious gauntlet to enter your settlement. - UNLOCKABLE

Miscellaneous Debris (Available as Interior - Basic and Battlefield Scavengers) - Sort out all the leftovers from your many, many battles and recycle them. 

Atomic Tan (Available as Interior - Advanced and Armory) - Deliver unto the primitive savages the glory of energy weapons! Energy-weapon themed armory  - UNLOCKABLE

In Your Eyes (Interior - Watchtower) -
Utilize the eyebot's smaller variant, the spybot, to maintain surveillance and recon across your settlements.

WTF - A Wasteland Boxcast (1x1 - Communications Station) - A humble cargo container that starts with a simple ham radio and takes off from there. Keep your settlements connected and answer that age old question - "Are We Good?" Includes some cats to keep you company. Also utilizes some aspects of Dynamic Decor. 

Danger! High Voltage (1x1 - Power Transfer) - A small transformer built to supply your settlement with power. Don't mind the smoke and the sparks. 

Live and Let Die (2x2 - Cemetery) - A crypt that puts the FUN back in funerals. 

V.I.M.S. (3x3 - Available as Hospital and Martial Field Medics) - Enjoy your return to the disease-riddled surface! The Vault-Tec Interim Medical Station employs up to three settlers, includes facial reconstruction surgery at Level 3, and features Vault-Tec stained glass from Munkyspunk. Thank you for choosing Vault-Tec!


Pets: 6

Glowing Devolved Radstag - Spread holiday cheer and violence with the new Glowing Devolved Radstag pet! Available at Level 3 Pet Stores to join your slaying tonight! Name it Rudolph if you want (added to Pet Names pool). 

Nukalurk, Nukalurk Hunter, and Nukalurk King - After clearing out the Nuka cola bottling plant, there were tons of nukalurk eggs. They're now ready to fight by your side. Basic Nukalurk available at Level 2 Pet Stores, with the Hunter and King available at Level 3 - UNLOCKABLE

Creation Club Dogs - Currently Shiba Inu and Border Collie (plans for more soon). If you have the Creation Club content and complete the appropriate Dog Rescue quests for these breeds, they will be available in the Level 2 Pet Store (Requires respective Creation Club Dog content) -  UNLOCKABLE

Boston Tea Party - Make your own hot cuppas and blends from what you find out in the wastes to quench your thirst and provide some disease resistance for survival players. Found in the cooking workbench. 

Old World Gourmet
- New recipes for food and soups found in the cooking workbench. Most use some of the old world, a little of the new. Make agua frescas, vegetable cakes, scrapple, pies, and more. 

Commonwealth Mixologist - Craft artisanal cocktails from the finest mutated ingredients. Find it in the "Mixologist Workbench" - buildable under "Crafting" in the Workshop Menu. 

Master Distiller - Make plenty of familiar and new spirits - also found in the "Mixologist Workbench"

Kombucha - With Science knowledge, turn those tea blends into something more complex and powerful. Find these also in the Mixologist Workbench.
