There are Duffle bags and Chem boxes at each of the different start up locations for Frost. Including the alternate Vault 111 Start up mod. I did my best to randomize each stash, using the Leveled Items lists.
I have also placed in Two Bunkers, one in Sanctuary Hills, at the player's house. and one at the Red Rocket Truck Stop. All you have to do is find the keys to get into them. (hint: Look in the everything that can hold items in each area for the keys.) each bunker contains a small stash of weapons, ammo, chems. and other items.
Everything included in this mod, is a vanilla game asset, nothing more, nothing less, and it should run just like any other .esp, with one Exception, to make this work with Frost, I had to make Frost the Master File for this mod.
Installation: use Nexus Mod Manager, or Manually install by dragging the .esp into your steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data/ folder.
REQUIREMENTS: Frost version 0.55
Load Order: Keep this file below Frost in your load order, or as close to last in your load order as possible.
