Branding and website for MotorEasy

Challenge

Beginning with a comprehensive warranty service, the goal was to expand this to become an all-encompassing online platform helping motorists save time, money and hassle on all their day-to-day vehicle needs.

We've been involved in every aspect of the project, beginning by refreshing the MotorEasy corporate identity, including a new logo and colourway that would resonate with the target audience and put a friendly face on the brand.

Beyond the branding, our work included strategic planning, UX/UI, design, website development and coding. The bespoke-built fully-responsive website tackles a wide range of car ownership and maintenance issues, allowing users to easily manage service and MOT procedures, obtain warranty cover, breakdown cover and store key documents within secure customer accounts – backed up by a comprehensive CRM system.

A reminder service helps motorists keep track of important dates for every car in the household, while maintaining service histories, recall notifications and live valuations.

MotorEasy’s success has been amazing. The addition of white label solutions has brought exponential growth and also presented our team with the opportunity to manage partner integrations with brands including the AA, Halfords, Go Compare, etc – resulting in the management and maintenance of a database of over 600,000 motorists – working closely with them to meet compliance and data security requirements. And with a host of new features in the pipeline, our work on the MotorEasy website is very much ongoing!
