Hello everyone!, its been a while since the last update and i want to start the year with some goods and bads. Unfortunately, the mod crashing mid game isn"t from my part but the game itself,even Tiberium Wars has this, atleast for me. There are prone to be bugs and incorrect unit description and etc so keep an eye for that. Starting off with the changes...

Global

  • All silos now generate the exact same amount of credits, it no longer differs from faction to faction
  • Tiberium models now have correct decals under them
  • AI will now use support powers more often
  • Defenses can now rank up just like normal units!
  • Skirmish AI now has 3 personality!!!
    • Pathfinder - Combines Steamroller and Turtle
    • Trickster - Combines Rusher and Guerilla
    • Adaptive (Default) - Balanced + all personailty combined.
    • Note : NOD now has a 50/50 chance of firing nukes, but i can"t gurantee :)

De Facto

  • Ultimate Juggernaut - the Most powerful variant of the artillery walkers, surpassing both the Behemoth and Juggernaut in range, dmg and hp. It is however quite slow, takes longer to reload and does not have the bombard ability. It comes pre-equipped with railguns by default and is available in the Mutant Hovel.

  • GDI Snipers - They can now freely switch to Railguns whenever they wish. the Railgun upgrade is not needed for this loadout.

  • GDI Arbalest - a faint aura ring will now be present around the Arbalest when it goes into Armor Up mode. It increases nearby allied unit"s armor and suppressibility. The default loadout is now the Heat Ray loadout to make sure you suffer from these things.

  • Steel Talons Pale Knights - Advanced Heavy Infantry with even more durability than ZOCOM"s Lancer squads. Features Supercharged railguns with lower fire rate but higher damage. These guys are made solely to eat up shots from Heavy Tanks.

  • Steel Talons Heavy Sniper Team - One very tired commander decided to train some Riflemens himself, swapped their gun for a sniper rifle and a anti-material rifle. These guys are even tougher than the normal snipers featuring higher alpha dmg and hp but is slower and lacks reload efficiency.

  • ZOCOM Zone Commando - Swapped their standard commando for a more sophisticated one.

  • Reaper-17 Decimator Warship - Who had the briliiant idea of giving a stupidly overpowered ground-based faction with more aircrafts? thats meee. the Decimator Warship is a bit different from SCRIN and Traveler-59, it has shorter range and deals cannons dmg instead of grenade. This warship specifically hunts vehicles rather than structures.
  • Reaper-17 Disintegrators - Primed Fusion Lasers now benefits these guys so stay frosty.

T59Reverberators

  • Traveler-59 Reverberators - Unique variants of the Shock Troopers. These guys do not require a Stasis Chamber and Control Center, only the Technology Assembler. Reverberators are made to kill Infantry and Structures specifically. They are equipped with a teleporter by default and has higher durability. It is quite slow and pricey however.

  • DSC Flux Battery - a Lightning spike equivalent with high dmg per salvo and equipped with a state of the art stealth detector which has the highest range of 500 in the entire game. For comparison, the Scrin Starship has 400. The Flux deals with every type unit quite well but is very vulnerable to large masses of infantry and heavy aircrafts.

DSCEnforcer

  • DSC Enforcer - a T3 Defense with medium range and high dmg per salvo. Pretty solid structure against every type of unit. It does lack reload however.

DSCGargantua

  • DSC Gargantua - One of the most dangerous Higher Tier-4 defenses in the game only beaten by the GDI Arbalests. The Gargantua is well equipped with high durabilty, damage and range. The longer it fires, the higher the rate-of-fire increases. Its very vulnerable to masses of infantry, aircrafts and heavy aircraft due to its single target weapon.

Are there any cool mods for the "Kane"s Wrath" campaign? Adding new, cool and interesting units? Or even rework the campaign itself? That "slow down" the game / rework the " urban combat"? Can you recommend something?

Can"t exactly rework the campaign with mods as the world builder is stupid.

It isn"t accepting new additional units from mods, so unless someone finds a backdoor to this problem reworking the campaign won"t be a problem.

Scrin Rebalances
Hmmm

Disintegrators have had fairly large changes, they have a much larger range, deal more damage... but infantry now have a "damage resistance" to disintegrator lasers and the disintegrators fire slower.

So it can somewhat fight Infantry but this more Anti-Armor in general?

Wrong place to post, ^^ but yes. Disintegrators can no longer be used to Steamroll everything, as infantry have heavy resistance to the lasers.

However it does make them more effective versus tanks and APC / Anti-infantry type vehicles as they can fire earlier.
Its essentially a tradeoff making them similar to Rocket Soldiers of other factions, but making them very vulnerable to infantry.

Basically it gives Disint Spam a proper counter other than "just kite them".
