Zircon Beta Release #85 (Win64 + Linux binaries, source) file

Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 compiles again (with "devinfo" console command disabled, see readme) and zip includes a binary "zircon_beta.exe" built with Visual Studio 2022 (but unlike zircon_beta_gcc.exe, it requires the provided SDL2.dll). "pak_this_map" -- a tool to quickly package Q3 format maps -- now writes a .zip archive in the folder indicated (pk3 and zip are same thing). Improved "startdemos" behavior. Changed GCC compiler warning options for both Windows (when using MinGW) and Linux. Dungeon API @ 98%, final release before complete Dungeon API.
