Once you installed D2SE, this will create a MODS folder in your Diablo II directory which should like this c:\Diablo II\MODS\Patch 3.8..

Hey man, when i try to launch this mod from D2SE with glide or DDraw, i always get a problem "UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: ACCESS VIOLATION", and with D3D the game doesn't open. What can i do?

Unfortunately I've been playing this version for a few weeks. Safe to assume that the saves aren't going to be compatible with 4.0?

Ye sorry the changes made in 4.0 does not allow character migration, 4.0 is a total rework of skill and stat sytems
