The Development Intern reports to the Donor Relations Officer and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Development Department, including database management, processing donations, and prospect research. The intern will also provide support at the Bernice Fonteneau Senior Wellness Center once a week and help staff with administrative tasks and activities for our senior participants. The senior nutrition program is a food assistance, and care coordination program. They deliver supplemental food boxes to seniors in DC, as well as connect them to other health and wellness resources. The Senior Nutrition intern reports to the Senior Nutrition Program manager and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the program, including participant intakes, follow-up assessments, and data entry.
