Mistake[edit]
So you know, you aren't supposed to do a latest appearance of an upcoming game. Don't worry, I'm not going to give you a warning. By the way, want to be friends? EthanFerris 11:04, 8 July 2012
Speculation[edit]
Hello. I would like you bring your attention to this. While I see your good intention in the edit, it had to be reverted because the infomation was a matter of speculation and has not been confirmed. Please be aware of this in the future, and please familiarize yourself with our Citation Policy.
Paper Mario SS Trivia[edit]

Is the correct title "Terror Tower" or "TerrorTower"? You've put both :P

Minor Edits[edit]
Hello Crazyman14. I just need to remind you about something. When you're making small edits like a couple of sentences or more, make sure to tick the "This is a minor edit" box. For example, the edit where you deleted your own sentence "His name also could've derived from the phrase Dagnabbit" should of been ticked as a minor edit. Thanks for reading. (Sorry sysops/patrollers if I'm wrong, I haven't been here for a while :P)

Reminder[edit]
This reminder has been overturned by the MarioWiki staff. The original reminder can still be viewed. |
---|
Please stop adding information on pages about a upcoming game that has little information on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing. If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it. |
As seen here and here, you are giving out infomation about a upcoming game that has small infomation. Do not do it again until more infomation comes. -- PanchamBro (talk • contributions) 17:55, 12 June 2013 (EDT)
Warning[edit]

Erroneous warnings[edit]
I'm very sorry about the Reminder and Warning you received in error; the users who reverted your changes were unfamiliar with our Upcoming Content policy: you were completely in the right to add that information to the Princess Peach article. However, in the future, if other users revert your edits (particularly if multiple users are doing so), rather than simply redoing your changes you should talk to them, either directly on their talk page(s), here on your talk page, or on the article's talk page, so as to avoid situations like this. It is also ideal if upcoming info is backed-up by references, but in a way, the image you provided in your changes did function as a solid reference of sorts. Again, sorry about the mix-up, and I hope this does not discourage you from editing the wiki. - Walkazo 23:38, 18 June 2013 (EDT)
MK8[edit]
Hi. While I entirely agree with you that those are very likely, indeed the track names in Sunshine Airport, it's not hard proof of the name here. It's still speculation territory, and we're not risking making incorrect observations no matter how likely they are. There's a reason I added the notice in the beginning of the Nitro tracks section. Please stop re-adding those names until Nintendo confirmed the track names themselves. Ray Trace(T|C) 02:35, 1 March 2014 (EST)

- Errm, what? Yes, yes he is. It's called a Wiki for a reason: anyone is allowed to edit it. While I agree it was a bit extreme to delete those tables without leaving a reason, he certainly is allowed to delete content.--Vommack (talk) 18:08, 16 April 2014 (EDT)
- Yes that was realy Harsh :,( DX Billy-Luigi Time! 18:13, 16 April 2014 (EDT)
I'm sorry for deleting the tables without leaving a reason. But next time, could you remove the information you are placing into the tables after you made the tables? --Crazyman14 23:14 16 April 2014 (UK)

3DS Course[edit]
How do you know that the second course of the lightning cup is going to be a 3DS COURSE?Billy-Luigi Time! 12:09, 24 April 2014 (EDT)
First off, there are two 3DS courses' that we know of, but haven't been specified on their cup placement. Considering that there isn't a 3DS course in the Shell Cup, that would imply that only three 3DS courses' (Being DK Jungle, Music Park & Piranha Plant Slide) will be used in this installment, instead of four. So through process of consideration, then a 3DS course is most likely going to be in the Lightning Cup.
Also, just because I placed 'A 3DS Course' in the second space of the Lightning Cup table, does NOT mean straight off that a 3DS course will be the second course in the Lightning Cup (though if it were when more information has been shown, then that would be convenient).

Mario Kart 8[edit]
Thank for the heads up! I replaced the Banana Cup track icons with their non-mirrored versions. Most of the track icons I uploaded were from the same YouTube video you used as source. However, I tried to improved the size and quality of the icons by enlarging the YouTube video. I also changed the video quality to 1080p. After screen capping the video, I edited the icons in Photoshop.
The player in the YouTube video scrolled a bit to fast past the Banana Cup, so those pictures got blurry because of that. That's why I decided to look for another YouTube video with those track icons. I however didn't notice that those icons were for mirror mode, but it's fixed now. rend (talk) (edits)
Why did you remove these citations/sources?[edit]
In my (potentially ill informed) opinion, you should not remove sources. Why did you do so in this edit: http://www.mariowiki.com/index.php?title=Super_Smash_Bros._for_Nintendo_3DS_/_Wii_U&curid=158615&diff=1741712&oldid=1741709 ? --Hiccup (talk) 13:14, 19 September 2014 (EDT)
Sorry, my brother had removed them, telling me it looked 'cleaner' without them. See, I was editing again (something I've been doing recently on the page) and I had to go do something for my dad, but it took longer than expected and by the time I came back, my brother removed the sources. :-/ Hopefully it won't happen again. Super Mario Maker Reception[edit]
Good evening. I have noticed that you have created the reception section for Super Mario Maker, and what you wrote appears to be plagiarized from Wikipedia. Even though you have changed some words and phrases here and there, the text is still considered plagiarism. I have added a rewrite template, as we do not allow plagiarism on Mario Wiki. I suggest you completely scrap what you added to the article and rewrite it from scratch to avoid plagiarism, in the future. Thanks for your time. Ray Trace(T|C) 00:05, 12 October 2015 (EDT)
Hello, Baby Luigi. I appreciate the concern on the section's plagiarism. I apologize for it's use here, and I'll rewrite it afterwards, when I have the time. Thank you. User:Crazyman14 08:51, 12 October 2015 (GMT 1)
I've updated the section so that it is not plagiarizing. I hope it is alright, for the time being. Again, I apologize for the use of plagiarism, and I hope not to make the same mistake in the future. User:Crazyman14 20:29, 12 October 2015 (GMT 1)
