The Toronto mayor is a character exclusive to the PC versions of Mario is Missing!, appearing as the fictional mayor of Toronto, Canada. Like all other mayors in the game, they contact Luigi via videophone upon his arrival in the city, as well as after all of the artifacts in the area have been returned to their rightful locations. They are one of the mayors who does not state their name to Luigi.

In the first call, they tell Luigi to go out and "de-Koopa" the streets.

Once all of the artifacts have been recovered, Luigi receives a second call from the mayor, who thanks him for saving the city from the Koopas and wishes him luck on the rest of his adventure.

Quotes[edit]

  • "We're happy to have you here, sir. As the Mayor I can tell you this city ain't pretty now that turtles are running it. Here's a map, and a newspaper. Go out and de-Koopa the streets, would ya? Time is money, my friend, and it's time we got the artifacts back. Gotta go."
  • "Luigi. You've saved our city from the Koopas, and the people are grateful. Thank you, good luck and good bye! And say hi to Mario when you find him!"
