The Princess and the Prima Donna is a Side Quest in Mario Rabbids Sparks of Hope, located on the planet Palette Prime, specifically in the Spellbound Woods. One of the Darkmess Puddles has the Side Quest, and the heroes must climb a ladder to reach to it. Princess Peach and Rabbid Peach must be used in the battle. After the battle, the Quest is complete. The player is then awarded a Planet Coin, the Steampunk Boom-Brella, and the Memory for Princess Peach.

The battle is always random, but Princess Peach and Rabbid Peach must survive against Flamin' Stooges and Ghostly Walkers for 6 turns, on a somewhat small battlefield. Some appear at the start, but more will appear from indestructible Darkmess portals. After 6 turns have passed, the battle is won.
