The Pocket Watch is a Thing in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is found at the start of Whitecap Beach, buried in the southwest corner of the sand right next to the shore. Mario is able to simply pick it up and place it into his inventory. It remains in Mario's Album until it is turned into a Sticker at a Sling-a-Thing station. Once it has been used as a sticker, it returns to its original position. It can also be purchased from the Shady Toad for 70 Coins.

As a sticker, the Pocket Watch takes up four squares in Mario's album. If it is used in battle, it appears in the center of the battlefield. The hands on the clock begin to move rapidly as colors swirl by. Once twelve hours have passed right by in an instant, all enemies onscreen freeze for a couple of turns.

The Pocket Watch can also be placed into the Sticker Museum as #58, alongside other "stop"-related Things. Its description acknowledges its ability to manipulate time and its inability to prevent an embarrassing incident.
