This weekend, the ServiceNow ecosystem lost a brilliant leader and incredible man. Mike Lombardo wasn’t just the founder and CEO of GlideFast Consulting or the “Mayor of ServiceNow,” he was a study in leadership and dedication. Dedication to his business and to our partnership. Fierce dedication to his community, his team, and his family. Mike stood with and for those that needed him and we want to continue that legacy, so I’m proud to say that ServiceNow will be making a significant donation to the newly created Lombardo Legacy Fund, benefiting the Joe Andruzzi Foundation. This fund will honor Mike’s memory by helping those who have fallen into financial hardships as a result of a cancer diagnosis. Over the last few days, I have read so many posts from individuals not only at GlideFast and ServiceNow, but from across our entire partner ecosystem with stories of how Mike impacted their life. I feel like there is no better way to honor Mike than for all of us to positively impact the lives of others who need our help. After all, that is what Mike was truly about - making a difference whenever and however he could.
