    A few months ago NAVFAC Marianas participated at the University of Guam job fair. It was a success and the community truly was grateful for the experience and opportunities presented that day! Not only do we work hard, but the team in Guam has fun! As the Supervisory General Engineer or Architect of the Spokane Detachment you will: - Manage project planning, project schedules, technical guidance, coordination, and budget requirements for facility renovation and maintenance projects. - Direct multi-discipline design teams responsible for studies or design of projects from concept development through completion - Develop objectives and set priorities for personnel to meet strategic direction and agency goals. - Brief higher level management on work status, technical decisions, and recommendations. - Communicate engineering and architectural designs, plans, and objectives to higher level management, technical experts, and staff -Propose planning solutions to facilities problems to verify projects are completed within established timeframe.
