Pretty tough to dispute greatness when it’s right there on the paper in black and white. Last night I (Carrie) watched the documentary about Simone on Netflix and was blown away by her story. I didn’t know much going into it but I am so glad I took the time to learn about her before the games start in Paris. And today this quote from her popped up in my feed. Simone is truly inspiring. She’s not bragging or being cocky, she’s simply stating facts. And I love that. What’s on your paper? Are your achievements out there for people to see or are you hiding them away because you don’t want to be seen as cocky? It’s time to own your success.
