We're with you, Glen Cathey. Mastering a skill doesn’t happen overnight or without understanding how to use the tools at our disposal. 👏 It’s not quite Superman’s X-ray vision, but AI is a superpower we can all add to our ever-growing arsenals. It shouldn’t be the answer to everything, though. There needs to be a balance of human and machine. So, we asked five talent industry leaders what human superpowers recruiters need in the age of AI. Here’s what they said: https://lnkd.in/euBHm7Yq
I love this #AI #upskilling framework from LinkedIn! Generative AI doesn't come with instructions, and people shouldn't be left to figure out how to get maximum benefit from it on their own. Online training is good for understanding (level 1), but real skills are developed through application (level 2). That's why we (Randstad Advisory) focus on interactive, hands-on workshops to upskill teams on generative AI. If this is something you'd be interested in, please let me know. 🙏 "Not hearing is not as good as hearing; hearing is not as good as seeing; seeing is not as good as knowing; knowing is not as good as doing. Learning reaches its highest point when it is put into practice." -Xunzi (ChatGPT translation from Chinese) 不闻不若闻之,闻之不若见之,见之不若知之,知之不若行之;学至于行之而止矣 P.S. I would argue that teaching is when learning reaches its highest point. Throughout my career, I have learned so much more beyond the actual doing by teaching others.
