The final day of the KPMG US 2024 Cross-Border Tax Conference was marked by two enlightening panel discussions, both led by head of legislative services of our Washington National Tax Group, John Gimigliano. The initial session, with insights from political pollsters Kristen Soltis Anderson and Anna Greenberg, delved into the potential ramifications of the 2024 Presidential Election on tax policy. The second panel, with KPMG's Yelena Maleyev, CBE and Daniel Winnick, focused on post-election economic tax dynamics and Washington's 2025 agenda. A big thank you to all who participated.
