We're pleased to highlight the acquisition and lease of 595 Hurricane Shoals and the adjacent land. The 40,000-square-foot medical site was acquired by Anchor Health Properties and then leased to Women's Group of Gwinnett. Construction on a 20,626 SF medical building next to the site commenced Q1 2024.
