Civil Service Live is the government’s annual, cross-department learning event, attracting thousands of civil servants to regional events to learn, network and share best practice - with the ultimate goal of providing better public service. The conferences offers a chance for Senior leaders from the Civil Service, Parliament, the public and private sector to share their knowledge and experiences through interactive and thought provoking sessions. This theme focuses on how we can build trust and deliver the best results for the country through efficient services that are designed around user need. Sessions will look at best practice in public service delivery, and the skills and approaches required to achieve improved outcomes. Among the sessions on offer, we will highlight projects that have been innovative in approaching data, user segmentation or collaborative working across government departments.
