📚 As we are consultants for our clients, one of our most important job is to keep our team sharp and well trained. We have a nice initiative called "Design Academy" where we can learn and also deliver more value to our clients.
We've been on so many editions of this program, going through important topics such as Design Ethics, and now we just had our last edition: AI Design.
🤖 As the world is been taking by AI, it's critical to know how this can improve our perspectives and leverage our results.
We've had incredible deliveries, it was inspiring and impressive to see the wide range of solutions that our team has designed and presented. All of them were based on real problems for our clients -- and that's the best way to learn.

The 10th Innovation Award for Globo´s Shared Services Center was supported today by Oracle and Avenue Code to inspire its participants on the topics of User Experience and Artificial Intelligence.
We had a great panel led by Natália Brazil, with the participation of Daniele Franco, Danielle Fortes and Gustavo Gehrke Maierá, showing that technology can be a great enabler, more recently artificial intelligence, but value does not come simply from the use of a certain tool, it comes from understanding the vision and pain points of users.
A big thank you to the people mentioned above and also to those who worked behind the scenes to make the moment possible. There are many, but I highlight here Maísa Amaral, Alexandre Donner, and the incredible Rejane Nascimento, as well as Luciana Correa and Hálef Soler from Oracle.

Last Friday, we presented and talked to the people at BTG Pactual about building products with artificial intelligence, using a people-centered approach.
Relevant topics generated good discussions such as the need for AI in products and how to navigate this issue, which tools seem to point out good directions for design as an area and how to bring together different roles in the construction of these new solutions in the face of this paradigm shift.

#Branding 🌊Lençóis Maranhenses National Park (Parque Nacional dos Lençóis Maranhenses) is a national park in Maranhão state in northeastern Brazil. Protected on June 2, 1981, the 155,000 ha (380,000-acre) park includes 70 km (43 mi) of coastline, and an interior composed of rolling sand dunes. During the rainy season, the valleys among the dunes fill with freshwater lagoons, prevented from draining due to the impermeable rock beneath. The park is home to a range of species, including four listed as endangered, and has become a popular destination for ecotourists.
During the flood season, between January and March, the park has more than 36 thousand lagoons throughout its entire length. 🤯
The lagoons in the park are often interconnected with one another, as well as with the rivers that run through the area. They are home to a number of fish and insect species, including the wolf fish, which burrows down into wet layers of mud and remains dormant during the dry season. Besides the dunes that form the centerpiece of the park, the ecosystem also includes area of restinga and mangrove ecosystems. 🐟🐠
This amazing movie-like scenario is one of our inspirations to our brand. Just as the lagoons are interconnected—so do us. Just as this place is a home for diversity, we also foster a welcoming environment to all. Lençóis Maranhenses National Park defies some common laws as well; for a desert, it shouldn’t rain as much as it does there. And yet, it rains almost 4 times more there than in any other desert. Which makes this place so unique and magical. 🪄

But we must know that each person learns in their own way—traditional methods don't suit everyone and each individual has a unique learning pathway. We just have to understand which path is the most suitable for us.
