Today marks an important day for preserving and enhancing our environment. To honor World Environment Day, we are sharing some actions we take to restore land, ecosystems, and biodiversity and strengthen climate resilience.


Adopting a Water-Centered Development Approach

Droughts, exacerbated by climate change, are severely impacting daily life across East Africa, placing additional pressure on already fragile water resources. Our local partners are at the forefront, leading efforts to restore and maintain climate-smart water solutions.

Greening Our Offices

The RTI Solar Canopy project marks the beginning of a new era driven by our North Star and Climate Commitment and represents the first phase of a broader deployment of renewable energy solutions across our facilities—including building rooftops, ground-mount arrays, and solar parking canopies.

Addressing the Biodiversity and Climate Crises Through Co-Benefits  

If we don't slow biodiversity loss, humanity faces extinction. Like climate change, this crisis demands urgent action. The good news is that interconnected solutions can help restore biodiversity while providing co-benefits like climate mitigation and resilience to climate shocks.
