Welcome to ‘What’s the Buzz,’ Hiver’s new newsletter!

We figured it was finally time to get cracking on LinkedIn and share our interesting (hopefully) perspective on everything related to customer support and email management.

Since you’re reading this, we’re assuming that you follow us or have interacted with us in the past and know a little about what we do. But we’ll go ahead and introduce ourselves again anyway...

Hiver is a tool that simplifies email management and customer support from the comfort of your inbox.

It lets you assign, track, and collaborate on incoming emails. You can also run automation and analytics—to do away with grunt work and gauge team performance. Support teams, specifically, can bring multiple communication channels, such as email, live chat, voice, and chatbots, under one centralized location (your inbox).

Now that we’ve got the ‘hellos’ out of the way, here’s what we plan to do with this newsletter:

📚 For educational purposes: Bring you up to speed with what’s trending in the world of customer support.

🐝 For culture purposes: We talk to some folks at Hiver and see what they've been up to in life!

🤭 For sh*ts and giggles: Bring you comics and memes.

Here’s what we plan to not do with the newsletter:

Bore you with technical details of our product.
