Welcome to the Team, Alea Heath!

Welcome to the Team, Alea Heath!

It's an exciting time at the Greater Raleigh Chamber, as we recently celebrated the promotion of our colleague Jen Palmer. With this transition, we knew it was essential to find the perfect fit for the Registration Coordinator role. That's why we're thrilled to announce we have welcomed Alea Heath to the team!

Alea comes to us from the Boy Scouts of America where she handled a multitude of registration, database, and event duties. She also brings valuable credentials to her role, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and a Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech. As Registration Coordinator at the Chamber, Alea will handle advance registration, name badges, the set-up of on-site registration, and several other opportunities that will have her face-to-face with our event attendees throughout the year. In fact, that’s one of the things she is looking forward to most – seeing how the Chamber events come together and getting to know members of our community!

Having relocated to the Raleigh area in 2021, Alea looks forward to immersing herself in the local culture and contributing to our region’s success. In her free time, she loves exploring nearby concerts and parks, with William B. Umstead State Park being a particular favorite so far.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Alea as she joins the Chamber team!
