🆕 Introducing a National Geographic Excursion: Mallorca's Flor de Sal, Unearthing an Island Treasure ✨

Operated by TUI and designed in collaboration with National Geographic Expeditions, over 40 Day Tours are now available online, in travel shops and in destination. They operate in both beach 🏖 and city 🌆 locations, from Rome and Rhodes, to Naples and New York. 🗽

➡ On this exclusive walking tour, you will learn from a National Geographic-trained guide about marine salt, salt harvesting and the example of how human action can preserve valuable ecosystems.

TUI fly joins additional climate research initiative 🛫

Research indicates that persistent contrails can significantly impact the climate. At TUI fly, we’re proud to be part of a groundbreaking research project, led by the German Aerospace Center (DLR), aiming to answer crucial questions about contrails.

As part of the ‘100 Flights Programme,’ we’ve analysed some of our flights to assess contrail formation.👉 18 flights have been rerouted to avoid contrails. Our dedicated team at the TUI Group Operation Centre analyses flight routings daily to reduce non-CO2 emissions.

Excited to collaborate with Lufthansa, Condor Flugdienst GmbH, and DHL/EAT on this project by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. 🌍✈️

Christening of Mein Schiff 7 in Kiel Bay 🚢

The #MeinSchiff7 was christened by godmother Fenia Kalachani in the Bay of Kiel. An inspiring spectacle of drone shows and fireworks 🎆 crowned the new ship in the Mein Schiff fleet. 🛳

The guests on board and the Mein Schiff fans on the waterfront promenade were thrilled by the fantastic images drawn into the night sky.

Wybcke Meier CEO of TUI Cruises, officially opened the christening of Mein Schiff 7 on the pool deck. There were live acts on the pool deck for the grand finale, where plenty of goosebump moments were created. After the christening, the #MeinSchiff7 set sail on its voyage to Norway.

Crafting a sustainable future for Dubrovnik 🧡

Did you know that in Dubrovnik, Croatia, the amount of visitors every year equals 36 tourists for every local resident? 🗺️🧳

Dubrovnik, a city rich in history and culture, is a top destination for global travellers. While the surge in visitors has elevated the tourism sector, it has also raised living expenses for the locals which particularly affects the city's artisans.

To address this challenge, the TUI Care Foundation is launching TUI Colourful Cultures Croatia.
