Trusting Experts
Look, we all have a lot to do. Sometimes those things require more knowledge or experience that we have. When this happens, we turn to experts. Turning to an expert makes a lot sense. Blindly following an expert does not.
Just because you need an expert doesn't mean you should just turn over everything to them. There is no arena with this is more important than medicine. Going to the Dr. can be a critical component of your overall health. However, just doing whatever the Dr. tells you to is not.
