Today a new adventure starts for me. I am very happy and excited to join the Global HR team of Lightsource bp, a global leader in the development and management of solar energy projects, providing sustainable and affordable energy to businesses and community.
It was since my times in Johnson & Johnson that I have not felt myself so deeply and totally aligned to the company vision and mission.
What a great purpose providing solutions when it comes to meeting the increasing demand of smart and sustainable energy, for people and businesses to grow and thrive, while protecting and healing the planet and supporting communities to make the right step towards an effective management of environmental issues.
In Lightsource bp people are important. “Be inspired by your People” is one of the company values. This does really make a difference for an employee. This statement itself makes people feel valued. It releases motivation and full potential.
At Lightsource bp, people are the core of the company success, they inspire the business, and -actually- the company growth plan for the next few years is terrific.
As an HR professional I could not be happier to join and make a contribution to such a company.
I want to send a big THANK YOU to my Santander team and to all those colleagues who have been brave enough to embrace the change and share with me an amazing four-year journey. Together we run and finalized one of the most exciting digital global transformation process in L&D. This will stay with me forever as one of the biggest achievements of my professional life. I have learned a lot from all of you guys, and I will miss you all.
