SoftServe Insights | Issue #11

Hi all! We interrupt your regularly scheduled SoftServe Insights to bring you this special edition. This month, we’d like to dive deeper into our company’s values, something that defines our day-to-day life as SoftServians.

In early February, Harry Propper reminded us that what makes us great is the foundation SoftServe is built on—our mission of enabling talented people to change the world. Our six core values perfectly encapsulate everything we care for as people and as a company.

An environment of trust thrives when we foster honesty, transparency, and mutual respect. It deepens the satisfaction of working with fellow SoftServians and develops long-term client relationships. And we can measure the results.

Over the course of 30 years, SoftServe has partnered with 1,133 clients to successfully complete 7,751 projects. In 2024, our Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 84 is a testament to this commitment.

Check the video testimonial from one of our clients:

We strengthen internal and external relationships when we prioritize collaboration. It helps us gain a sense of belonging. Be it a town hall where our associates can connect with the leadership team in a more casual space or a cozy local ritual like team breakfast, we are always looking for ways to strengthen our bonds and improve our teamwork.

Professional and personal development is what drives innovation and leads to our success as a company. However, growth efforts don’t stop at our associates. We love sharing our knowledge as much as expanding it. That's why we’ve partnered with multiple universities over the years to progress IT education and help students and educators alike keep up with rapidly developing technologies.

One of our latest projects is EDUPRO workshops, created to help teachers expand their educators' network and improve essential soft skills.

Amazing things happen when we step away from comfort and lean into growth. We achieve technical excellence by fearlessly embracing the challenge to experiment. Novel approaches to solving existing problems ignite the process of innovation — and if you want to see the process in action, experience the results of what we do by leveraging NVIDIA’s advanced technologies, such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim™, NVIDIA Omniverse™, NVIDIA NeMo™, to create exceptional client value.

Dive into the video recap from NVIDIA GTC 2024:

We are community builders because we enable talented people to change the world. Our willingness to help is at the heart of what we do. And there’s no better example than Open Eyes, our corporate charity fund that has supported many causes since its creation in 2014.

In 2023, the Fund covered projects in three main directions: healthcare, defense, and education. From supporting Ukraine’s defenders and saving lives in the military zones with the fully equipped ambulances to providing children with IT education — the numbers will tell you just how impactful those projects were. The status quo is our company’s comfort zone. We can’t stay there and expect to grow. That’s why we must go the extra mile and measure our success by exceeding expectations. Look no further for proof than the bold things we create when we combine willingness, innovation, growth, teamwork, and trust.

Lovely to read about the implementation of NVIDIA’s AI solutions and GPUs. The future is going to be lead by companies using these innovation given the potential of GPUs in designing and graphics.

Impressive insight 👏. We recommend encouraging a deeper dive into the metrics presented to ensure they truly reflect the impact and success claimed, and whether they accurately capture the value delivered to clients (UX)
