This is a great read for employers. We truly are seeing that employees are happier, more engaged when offered some flexibility and a hybrid schedule. Its easier to keep a happy productive employee than lose a talented team member and have to train again while. Additionally, you also are settling for a fraction of the talent that is in the marketplace because you want to require 100% onsite with no flexibility.
