TIP: Now is always a good time to save energy

Keep an eye on your always-on consumption. Scan your building for appliances and other electric devices that are on but not being used. Items such as your kettle, washing machine, microwave, or computer equipment use energy even when in 'resting' mode. Turn them off completely when not in use, or add a Smappee control module to automate and control from a distance.
