As we usher in another year, the Town of Lexington, South Carolina continues to thrive with a wave of new businesses that have become integral parts of our community. Let’s take a look back at some of the new places to shop and eat that opened their doors in 2023!

Que! Bueno Mexican Bar & Grill

Location: 407 N Lake Dr.

Experience the flavors of Mexico at Que! Bueno, offering a vast array of traditional Mexican dishes and drinks, located across the street from Lexington Elementary School. 

Southern Smoked Tavern & Steakhouse

Location: 924 E Main St.

Add some woodfire smoked flavor to your plate at Southern Smoked Tavern & Steakhouse. Their Burnt End Nachos and smoked Margarita are to die for. 

Barrio Tacos Tequila Whiskey

Location: 105 W Main St.

Opened in the heart of downtown, at Icehouse on Main. Barrio offers a wide selection of specialty and build-your-own tacos, themed appetizers, and cocktails. From Coca-Cola marinated steak to Jalapeno infused margaritas, Barrio isn't afraid to try something new.

Birthdays and holidays will never be the same now that we have Nothing Bundt Cakes, conveniently located in the Hobby Lobby shopping center.

Clutch Coffee Bar

Location: 308 Columbia Ave.

The highly acclaimed local apparel brand, Hometown 803, has expanded its operations by opening a retail storefront on Main St. Stop by and show off your hometown pride. 

Fleet Feet

Location: 5863 Sunset Blvd

From custom shoe fittings to exclusive running gear, Fleet Feet is now open, catering to the needs of our vibrant running community. 

XYZ Boutique 

Location: 117 E Main St.

Adding a touch of style to Main Street, XYZ Boutique offers a unique collection of women's clothing, accessories and more! Helping Main Street become your walkable destination for curated fashion.

Audin’s Closet by Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina

Location: 4708 Sunset Blvd

Goodwill has opened their second-ever boutique, Audin’s Closet, located inside of their Sunset Blvd. store. This storefront exclusively offers high end brands that they have received via donations and allows for higher end retail job force training.  

Burlington Stores, Inc.

Location: 5354 Sunset Blvd. 

Offering great deals on brand name clothing and home decor, Burlington’s new store is conveniently located next to Hobby Lobby. 

Saluda Rose 

Location: 5483 Sunset Blvd Ste B

On a mission of empowering women and installing confidence through fashion, Saluda Rose is a new boutique to Lexington, offering sizes from XS-5XL.

Deep Rooted Nutrition 

Location: 134 E Main St. 

Specializing in women's nutritional coaching, Deep Rooted Nutrition brings a holistic and food based approach to better living to Lexington. 

Palmetto Endodontics

Location: 322 W Main St. 

From Root Canals to cracked teeth and everything in between, the specialists in saving teeth, Palmetto Endodontics' beautiful new office opened on W Main St in early 2023. 

As we look forward to 2024, we already have a full schedule of great businesses ready to join the Town of Lexington’s market. With construction starting or soon to start for 10 new restaurants, 4 retailers, and several new office spaces. The Town appreciates the business owners that continue to invest in our Town and support the needs of our residents.
