Mid Year Update: Propelling the Golden Age of AI Forward

Before our GPT implementation, the bottler received customer’s order tracking queries by email. The queries were routed to the in-house Oracle Cloud Services system in the form of a queue, where customer support operators manually classified the queries and responded to them. Naturally, this led to delays, hampering CX as well as operation costs for the bottling company.

Acuvate’s GPT-powered AI CX Solution now categorizes and manages each customer query, in addition to drafting a factual and contextual automated response for the customer. This has resulted in massive person-hour savings and higher CX for the bottler.

A More Capable Employee Assistance Chatbot for Large Global BPO 

A US-based outsourcing and BPO services organization has over 8000 employees. They already had an employee assistance chatbot but without GPT capabilities. A large number of employee assistance queries, such as payroll, pay slip requests, and policy inquiries, were deflected to live agents for resolution despite the chatbot, placing a repetitive and significant load on the support team. 

Acuvate created a GPT layer between the existing chatbot and live agents, with data ingested from existing organizational SharePoint. If the existing chatbot can’t respond to employee queries, they first get deflected to the GPT later. Only if the GPT model too can’t respond, then the live agents are brought in.
