Mathew has been a member of Charles Levick since 2020, initially joining as a Senior Consultant and advancing to lead the legal division when he was promoted to Associate Director in 2022.

He advises law firms globally on talent acquisition for fee-earning lawyers, ranging from Associate to Partner level across a wide range of practice areas. He also provides in-house legal counsel solutions, including notable appointments in financial technology, financial services, and the energy industry.

He also plays a crucial role in Charles Levick’s trading, quantitative analytics, risk management, and data-science solutions for financial services clients and financial technology.

Prior to joining Charles Levick, Mathew played a pivotal role as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Revolut, where he helped to scale the Risk Management, Quantitative Analytics, and Data-Science functions to facilitate international expansion into EU and US markets.

Mathew's journey in talent acquisition began in 2018 at GQR Global Markets, where he specialised in Quantitative analytics, Machine Learning, and Data Science recruitment for Financial Services and Fintech clients.
